Getting an autism diagnosis can feel like everything changes overnight.
Suddenly there’s a lot of information, a lot of opinions, and a lot of pressure to act quickly.
Even when the diagnosis brings clarity, many parents are left wondering what actually matters right now.
This program is designed to help you slow down, make sense of what you’re seeing, and move forward with more confidence and less overwhelm.
This Program Is For You If:
• You’ve recently received an autism diagnosis and feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start
• Your child is on a waitlist, or you strongly suspect autism, and you want to get grounded early
• You’ve been following recommendations but still feel confused or second-guessing yourself
• You have a lot of questions and don’t have a clear place to ask them
• You want an affirming, thoughtful approach rather than fear-based advice
You Might Be Thinking:
“This could save me months of confusion and second-guessing.”
“I just want to know what actually matters right now.”
“I don’t want to overdo it, but I don’t want to miss something important.”
“I need clarity before I take more action.”
This program is for that exact moment.
What We’ll Cover Over Four Weeks:
Week 1 | You Got the Diagnosis, Now What?
Why everything suddenly feels urgent, what a diagnosis does and does not mean, and how to slow down without doing nothing.
Week 2 | Understanding Your Child and Your New Parenting Journey
Looking beyond the label, understanding strengths and support needs together, shifting expectations, and making sense of the mindset changes that often come with diagnosis.
Week 3 | Choosing Supports Without Panic
How to think about therapies and school supports without overdoing it, how to prioritize, what to look for in providers, and how to use reports as starting points rather than mandates.
Week 4 | Living This Over Time
Bringing everything into real life, trusting yourself as the expert on your child, pacing decisions, advocating without burning out, and knowing what can wait.
Bonus: A masterclass on how to talk to your child about their diagnosis.
What Parents Walk Away With:
Not a checklist.
Instead, parents leave with:
• More clarity about their child’s strengths and support needs
• Less urgency and pressure to do everything at once
• Confidence in how to prioritize supports
• A neurodiversity-affirming lens they can actually use day to day
• A grounded plan that feels doable
How the Program Works:
• Four weekly live calls, about 60 minutes each
• Teaching plus open Q&A
• Attend live or watch the recordings
• Questions can be asked live or submitted ahead of time
• BONUS: One complimentary month of EVOLVE, my parent membership, with continued Q&A support and access to masterclasses, including January's How to Talk to Your Child About Their Diagnosis
This is meant to be supportive and contained, not something you have to keep up with or do perfectly.
